Carpet Castle

We received a first class service from start to finish with Castle Carpet, Binley and highly recommend this company. We needed flooring to continue the Quick Step Pulse Vinyl fitted in the hall in 2017 through to the kitchen. First contact was by email to check that the product was still available and once confirmed we visited the store where Jay went out of his way to help us and prepare the quote. The product was ordered and meanwhile the fitters, Gordon and Dale visited to check on the existing floor and substrate to reveal that it needed levelling to which we agreed. The product was ordered and convenient fitting dates agreed. Gordon and Dale arrived promptly on day one to apply the levelling compound and again on day two to lay the floor. Their workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding and even managed to make the transition from hall to kitchen match seamlessly.The floor looks amazing and really enhances the new kitchen. So if you need any type of flooring, especially high end products like Quick Step, there’s only one choice - Castle Carpets every time!

I replied to a post on Facebook offering free samples. I collected them today, was given loads to use for our service users. Matt and Lee couldn't have been any more helpful and polite than they were, even carried them out to car for me.Thank you so much for these, they will be very useful. Absolutely brilliant!!

We visited the store related to purchasing a mattress and my partner was given a lot of good advice on anything related to what we are looking for. I think it is highly likely that we are going to be back there in the near future as I/we have found that the prices are very competitive as I am looking for an authopedic mattress.

Me and my family recently moved into our home a couple of months ago and family members recommended carpet castle to us.
