Having purchased a bsa ultra clx i can honestly say its the best value for money air rifle i own. Faultless performance and first class workmanship. Will be after a r12 next.

Sadly not the company they used to be,owned by Spanish firm Gamo and most guns made in Spain, very misleading to keep the Birmingham in BSA.

I really was in the market for a BSA rifle but in the last two weeks having now messaged, inboxed, commented on two FB posts and had a bounce back email, I'm hugely disappointed with the front end customer services. Hate to think what it would be like if I purchased. Shame really

I wouldn't ever buy one of their spring rifles again, The bolts that hold the rifle together are cheap and break after the warranty runs out, which is only 2 years, the customer service is awful and unhelpful, having bought a lightening xl and a super sport se they both have broken after a short period of time and are not good quality guns.i would avoid this company at all costs, they advertise quality ,but in reality they cut corners and build unreliable rifles.

For the last four months I have been trying to get my 1982 air-rifle serviced by BSA. The standard excuse by everyone is Covid. Needless to say that I still need my gun to be serviced as Ranger in Surbiton, Surrey have been telling me lies since 07/07/2020 when I dropped my gun to them. Collected my gun from them today 08/09/2020 with more scratches then when I left it 2 months ago. Terrible service from BSA and RANGER

Having recently bought a Lovely BSA Ultra CLX I must say I my wife and I are very pleased with it.. We haven’t used it a great deal yet but will and so far it has been perfect no issues at. All BSA pcp’s are Brummy guns made wholly in Birmingham. And that is what us British air gunners want. Yes BSA have been in partnership with Gamo for many years now, But there UK built models are as good as ever.. As for BSA springers the Comet and the Meteor super are also made here in the UK.Just a little research to find out those facts and we are now very proud to say we own a UK Built Quality BSA.I Also have had very quick and efficient response from BSA themselves and commend them for their response, I only wish and hope that BSA will take all of their Spring rifles back in house, If they do then I for one will be buying more BSA rifles. When we British buy a BSA rifle we do not want Gamo to be making them. British is best.If BSA bring the BSA Lightning XL SE back to UK in house production then I hope I’ll be the first to buy one..Well done BSA for your UK made rifles and thank you for your great UK rifles and service.Kind regardsPerry and Victoria.
