Absolutely shocking experience, I had ordered with plenty of time and reassurance that everything would be ready for when I needed was even given a time and a day to collect however upon arrival it was soon clear that I had interrupted the sales assistants craft time as he started at me rudely as I requested my order he then stomps off into the back and after ten minutes returns saying that no order was placed and they sold the balloons yesterday. I asked if he could make up one that was in the front window and I was told no its is completely different to what I want. I told the man I would leave getting anything ,for him to shout out after me suit yourself "Thank you for the reply

Terrible how you even have to have one star before it’s submitted! I wouldn’t even give that but wanted my say on how rude and arrogant these people are! Called in for 1 balloon and gave 3 days notice ; straight away the two women eating there dinner said no we fully booked ! I don’t normally write reviews but they were so bad mannered the lady was right on the other review ! It’s like walking into a living room ! Not the welcoming way either

Called and then visited the shop to explain what I was looking for. The gentleman showed me some examples of different versions for what I wanted and booked in for collection the following week. I then realised the day before collection that I had given the wrong date and needed it that day. Called the shop and he advised he can have it ready for me that day. Picked up when agreed and was great quality for the cost and I now have a happy wife. Thank you Balloonatics.

Absolutely spot on. Tony was great in helping me find the right set up for my wife’s 40th.When the balloons arrived they looked even better than what I thought they would.Great price too.Happy with Balloonatics and would use again.

Recently visited this store to get some balloons for my sons 2nd birthday. The customer service I received was terrible while the owner was eating he greeted me with what!! While not even looking at me he carried on eating. He had the worst attitude I've ever experienced made me feel as though I'd done something wrong. I said to him I will never go there again he told me he was having his dinner while scrolling through his phone. I felt as though I'd walked into his frontroom not his shop.

The man ‘in charge’ of this establishment shouldn’t be working with customers. Very rude, almost like our business was an inconvenience? We choose this place specially and took the trip out to collect, only to have him stare blankly at us like he had no idea what we were doing there. Spoke to us like garbage I wouldn’t let a stranger in the street make me feel so bad. We only wanted to collect the balloons we had ordered weeks before. Then as we decided it doesn’t matter and proceeded to leave the shop he gave us verbal abuse ! Never in my life have experienced this ! AVOID!Reply to owners comment:You’ve never met me because you never had the curtesy to Introduce your self when we came in the shop. Your rude reply says it all! You vile man, your the liar ! You know you are that’s the only way you can paint your self the victim by making stuff up about people.

We had a wonderful design done for our daughters 18th and it was really beautiful and they added her name which was a lovely touch. We had a second one made from her late grandad who passed away recently, and there was a slight panic over the choice of colour on base so we called to explain. The shop owner redone the whole design and delivered it within the hour. Outstanding service thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude and abrupt from the male worker who made me feel like I was inconveniencing him simply by being there. I asked if they could inflate 2 balloons with helium. He told me no and no other shop in Hartlepool would I should go and buy a £35 canister of helium and do it myself......okay. I would understand if he simply explained they only inflate balloons bought from their store politely. I wasn't expecting the service for free.

Thanks Tony and his team for a fabulous service at the Borough Hall Saturday the 16 September 2023 our wedding day the room was amazing , we highly recommend these guys nothing was too much trouble for them , Many Thanks Susan & Charlie x
