Only putting one star as I can’t put none. Very disappointed with this whole company. Started so well with them visiting to quote then everything went downhill. Fitters were rude and very unhelpful. Didn’t do what we asked and then the guy that quoted denied he had recommended the specific fitting as well. Funny how companies change once they’ve had their money! Oh, and to top it off he called me a p***k. Shocking service and I can’t express the terrible service enough. Never again

Really good service overall.Not entirely sure why they have such mixed reviews as I can't fault them for price, quality and time taken from ordering to finish.

We needed a small wood burner. Very helpful service, set installation date, itemised everything, gave us plenty of choice and took into account the colours in the room the fire is going in. Excellent first experience and will update as this progresses!
