I’m here for a short time and they were very accommodating with the membership flexibility for a month. It’s very clean and the people are very friendly. They have all the machines and weights you’d need as well as space for classes and core/stretching.

Amazing gym for any fitness goals, from the various classes to 1 to 1 training programs with trainers. It’s super handy to get to with great parking faculties, plus it’s open 24/7 which is great with my working schedule. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly, which creates such a calming atmosphere!! I couldn’t recommend this gym enough

This is a great gym, the best I have used. It’s big and there is plenty of equipment, both free weights and machines. It’s always very clean too. There is a good mix of people using it, young and older, beginners and more experienced. The staff are great too, very helpful and welcoming. Cat deserves a special mention. She has done some personal training with me and she is fantastic. Her knowledge is exceptional and is great at explaining everything and pushing you on to keep improving. Overall I couldn’t recommend the gym more highly. It’s a great place to work out.

Well run and clean gym. Good airflow and temperature control. Up to date equipment that’s well maintained. Range of classes, free weights machines and treadmills. Accessible WiFi and great community activities.

There is a great atmosphere in the gym. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I have only recently joined but I already feel so comfortable here. Shoutout to Cat my brilliant coach for fab 1:1 training..couldn’t recommend enough!!
