Ordered 3 cases of beer this week and they arrived very quickly indeed. Excellent communication and response to my query. Based on my initial experience I will most certainly be ordering from ABM Drinks again. There packaging to ensure their product is protected is the best I have seen to date, another reason I will be using these Guys and Girls again

I ordered a bottle of unique brand of vodka for a 50th birthday present needed for 25th February. I ordered on the 18th and paid next day delivery. They failed to send and when I emailed them to check on where my item was they didn't even bother with a response and just refunded my order. Which doesn't help a day before the present is needed. It is disappointing as thought id support a local liverpool business rather than buy off a big company like amazon (which I have now used) but with such poor customer service I cannot see them being successful.
