normally love it here but sadly you have changed alot if pastrys and not for the better also your service today friday was very poor 2 serving us today were not very helpful or polite

We were so pleased when we discovered Coffee #1 in the Kingfisher, as Redditch doesn't have much to offer in the way of good coffee and eats. Lovely relaxed atmosphere; you can drink their excellent coffees on a stylish wooden bench, whilst reading the newspapers & magazines they provide. Their coffee is wonderful, really good quality, especially the caramel macchiato... their cakes etc however may look yummy but unfortunately they're rather mediocre, which is a shame. Just because something looks fabulous doesn't mean it actually tastes good. Please create better quality sweet treats and savouries, as your coffee is amazing!

You couldn't find nicer and more polite staff in Redditch, even if you try. The place offers a clean, comfortable well spaced tables and chairs. Their coffee product is OK but not great. Their coffee is bitter in my opinion even their special blend one, but I still go because of their faultless service and comfortable & inviting environment.

I contacted coffee #1 Head office this morning regarding their APP for collecting points in order to receive a free hot drink . My Account has been frozen so there is no chance of me collecting any free drinks . The team TEYA are now asking for all my personal information [ Driving license/ date of birth/ utility Bills. FFS. Its only a free coffee . Sounds like a scam to me . So ill be going to Costa coffee in future. Also when the male manager isn't there the females that serve at the counter are so miserable and moody. If their not happy in the job ! Move on and find another job . I hate fake people.

Had an amazing range of cakes,the cappuccino was amazing and the decor was really calming and cosy,staff were helpful and obliging,clean.will know were to go again.

Really good atmosphere and very cosy. Prices match to the quality of the food and drinks in there. I’d also like to mention that a worker in there called Savannah went above and beyond today for me and my family and was also super friendly and helpful, especially when helping me with the menu as I am dyslexic. Very happy with my first experience here. Will be coming back.

Kingfisher centre itself leaves much to be desired. One thing it has plenty of is coffee shops. Personally I'd say coffee #1 is the best. If you can't have dairy like me, try the dark chocolate cake, it's amazing

Had the lotus cheese cake the bottom was soggy don't know how long it had been sitting there as the other cheese cakes were going dark on the edges looked like they'd been there a few days, but the rest of it was nice. Love their breakfast range will definitely be coming to try that! My mocha was nice but I wish the staff were a bit more friendly :( also they really should have a sign out front informing people they are card only so you're prepared before you get to the til and only have cash on you, could be very embarrassing!

Love this coffee shop. Coffee is amazing and the service is so friendly. The only downside is it doesn't have enough seats to accommodate it's popularity, which speaks volumes for its quality and service. The cakes here are fantastic. Also you can take away roasted and ground coffee to feed your plants for free. Great way of reducing waste. One of the few things I miss about Redditch.
