Worked for connected health 2 years, started as a healthcare assistant and absolutely fell in love with the company and field of work. Since then have been promoted to recruiter for ROI and hope to recruit amazing people to join the best team!

Have been left without breaks between runs , including toilet breaks , messed around with double ups , on Sunday I had 18.50 hours on my portal . Utterly disgusted have zero faith in this company, I care about my clients not Connected Health !

Five stars all the way.Great place to work, approachable senior management and a culture of camaraderie. Been working with CH for over a year and a half and have referred friends and family.At the end of the day, everyone has their own experience, but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive and I am provided with all the resources I need to not just do my own job, but to progress and build a career for myself.Connected Health do so much for local communities and actively encourage staff to do charity work and get involved with these events.Adding to this, they are extremely supportive around further education and are quite happy to sponsor us for additional qualifications from level 2 up to level 5.Great place to be, great place to work.

Having worked for this company all I can say is it is one of the better care providers out there. Staff go over and above for each and every client. The management team don't sit in their office dictating like other companies but instead deal with everything with a hands on approach. Every member of the team is treated as family.The training provided is perfect for the job at hand, although as most care industries the main focus in on the job training. New members of staff shadow experienced staff members and learn via a hands on approach.The benefits of working here are second to none, each member of staff Is able to be part of a health plan and their children and partners can be included too.Internal promotion is something that connected health highly focus on, from care assistant to senior to area manager. The possibilities are endless. The perks of working your way up the ladder equals rewards for recognition of the hard work each and every team member put in. Area managers are able to gain company cars as a reward for their hard work and dedication to the company.Some people will say the hours are long, but anyone who is in the care industry is there because they want to be, they want to make a difference to the clients lives. Working for connected health is not just a job it is a career working with a close knit family.

Connected health staff cared for my terminally ill husband while we were located temporarily in the Lisburn area. The care provided by those attending the house was exceptional. All staff were caring in their attitude to our situation, were professional and competent in every task, did their job at a pace that varied according to my husband’s needs and mood, and in doing all this instilled in the family a real confidence in their abilities. Most importantly my husband bonded with them and enjoyed a joke and there was laughter as well. Geraldine manages her team well and I hope the other team members won’t mind that I have to commend John on a brilliant job. Well done and thanks to Connected Health

This company does not care for the clients and will happily drop a vulnerable woman off at a hotel reception for temporary placement with nothing but a piece of paper with her name written on it and booking number. Woman is now in the right care and incident being looked into by authorities but I would not trust my loved ones with themThe only good reviews seem to be from staff.Reviews from customers using the service and those who have witnessed the service tells the real truth

If you're thinking about applying save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else to work. Honestly don't know how connected health hasn't been shut down by now. Its one of the worst places Ive worked and for a care company, trust me they are far from caring to staff and service users. Its all about the money for them maybe should be called Connected wealth not Connected health.

I would not recommend this company to care for your family member. I applied for a home help position with no previous experience, which they say is no problem as world class" training will be provided. I completed a very quick manual handling training

If you’re thinking of applying for this company, I wouldn’t bother. Very terrible pay for what they put you through, ridiculous hours, shocking milage pay and horrible staff, horrible treatment to service users family and most importantly employees. Regional managers thinking they’re better than you, when in reality they just sit in the office and dictate you but they don’t care aslong as theirs no work left on their desk. And not to mention, the empty threats off “higher up” for refusing to go out of area. A private company who can’t be investigated should really be looked into. DISGRACE also wouldn’t even rate this place one star

North Belfast team are a world apart of other care at home organisations. Looked after a palliative family member with complete dignity and respect, could not recommend the team enough.
