Express Boiler Parts

Am always so anxious phoning repair people but was so pleased with this service and the price. The chap and his assistant spent a good hour doing full diagnostic and repair and recalibration on our boiler and he talked me through every step of what he was doing and explained to me clearly how it worked what he fixed and why etc. He is clearly an expert in boilers and just went out of his way in every sense. best experience Ive had with having something fixed in a long time. Very reasonably priced which was a relief. Thanks again and the only reason we didnt get you straight back to fit a thermostat is because the cosy homes scheme called literally the next day offering to fit one for free. We decided to let them fit it and we will get you back in if its a load of rubbish! :)Forgot to mention how helpful his wife was when we initially phoned and tried to help us get it fixed ourselves so we didnt have to go for any time without heating. A class act these people are.

Fantastic service and excellent work from this company. Andy, Mark and Dawn are totally professional, really friendly and completely reliable.My 99 year old Mum had a leak in her bathroom this week. Andy fitted us in to his busy schedule working late to resolve the problem. Also fitted a new high quality boiler earlier this year which was an excellent job done with minimal disruption and real value for money.Andy and Mark were so respectful, kind and caring to my Mum too!

Andy serviced the boiler in a house I have recently purchased. He carried out the service, set the unit up more economically for our needs, however, showed me how to revert it back. Andy reassured me that all was good with the boiler, sending the service readings over by email immediately with the relevant information. By far, better than a gas engineer I used in my previous property. I'll be using Andy again for future service and issues that will happen eventually.

Andy and Beth both attended to repair my boiler when it developed a fan fault they arrived on the time and were extremely informative and quickly found and repaired not only the fan issue but other faults inside the boiler which would have caused issues in the future. The price was amazing especially with extra issues discovered and i will without doubt be using express boiler repairs for any repairs in the future and will be recommending to others. Thankyou again for a fantastic service.

Highly recommend, called Andy mid afternoon after finding out we had no heating and hot water. He said he would come as soon as he could the same day. True to his word he came at 19.45 hrs, boiler fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, he certainly knows his stuff and believes in customer service Thank you again Andy and team.
