I can't speak highly enough of furbers . They were professional but friendly . I would definitely use them again

We were very pleased with the service we received from Furber Roofing including promptly sending a digital quote and also receiving a postal quote for a new summer house roof.The work started when scheduled and was left clean and tidy.We were also impressed with the efficiency of the office staff, as faulty BT connections in the vicinity resulted in invoice being paid twice!. We were immediately refunded the extra payment.

Furber quoted for and installed rubberised flat roof and quoted for main roof repairs. For the flat roof they inspected and quoted to replace stained/somewhat rotted timber deck beneath the roof. This was reflected in a higher quote price (especially to competitor quotes). Yet they skipped replacing timbers when they did the job (I think the job was rescheduled so I wasn't able to be there). Flat roof looks and performs fine so far, I can't argue with the quality of the actual covering.For work on the main roof they went up, had a look, took tiles off, made noises and revised the quote upwards to £6,000 to replace the entire roof, complete with the soffits, fascias, gutters, endcapping which had already been renewed a year ago.It turned out another recommended roofing contractor, quoted, did the work, which involved re-felting a section, avoiding one (easily avoided) rafter that had some surface rot, to replace battens at £180, which solved the problem.The two situations combined would mean I would be worried about trust and would be somewhat suspicious of this company.Edit: Perhaps It wasn't yourselves, possibly another company? Attached the invoice.The issue around the renewal of the timberwork was raised after the work, not as a complaint, but it was raised. There was no response.No update.

Furber Roofing have carried out roof replacement work and various repairs at Cammell Court, one of our managed developments, helping to improve the site.Residents commented their staff have always been professional, friendly and approachable. I was recommended Furber Roofing by a friend after she had a dreadful experience with another contractor and Furber Roofing sorted it out for her. I have used them twice now and would definitely use them again. They are very professional, turn up when they say they will and provide a written quote.

Ollie & Peter were very professional and knowledgeable, arrived on time, very polite, explained what they were doing, kept everwhere very tidy and cleaned up afterwards, an asset to the company, I would definitely use this company again.

Furber Roofing replaced my roof,installed insulation and removed a chimney for me. The roofers were polite, very tidy and explained what they were going to do. The office, Phil and Carl were all very responsive. All in all I would highly recommend Furber Roofing.

I requested a roof assessment and quote prior to purchasing a property. Karl was incredibly helpful, and explained all the complex issues in a way that was easy to understand. To be honest, he clarified a lot that the survey had picked up on but in much greater detail. I would definitely recommend Furber roofing
