I would have to search long and hard to find another company that would equal Julian Marks and their amazing team for the excellent service that they provided.My husband and I would not have completed on our property purchase if not for the sheer hard work, diligence, professionalism, patience and doggedness of this fantastic team. They worked above and beyond of my expectations.Thank you especially to Tara, who was such a huge inspiration and asset to us and got us over that final line.

When my father-in-law passed away we needed to sell his house. We spoke to other local estate agents as well as Tara from Julian Marks.Julian Marks had a different approach to the others and not having been in this position before we were torn as to which way to go.Fortunately we chose Tara & Julian Marks, we felt much more comfortable with both her and their approach. Best decision we could have made!The house sold very quickly, far exceeding our expectations on value, and when that buyer dropped out after a week or so they resold the home on the same day to the next person on the list that had made an offer.We had to deal with a law firm for probate, a conveyancer (never use DC Law!) & an estate agent.Tara was by miles the most efficient person in that group.I would heartily recommend Julian Marks & thanks Tara.

We purchased our house through Julian Marks Plympton & dealt with Julia who was amazing from start to finish. She was friendly and professional throughout and so easy to talk to. I never felt as though I was bothering her when asking questions about the progress of the sale etc and she was always happy to help. Our sale & purchase went through really quickly (8 weeks in total) and I honestly don’t think it would have happened so fast if Julia wasn’t dealing with it all & chasing solicitors etc for us. Well what a team, I challenge anyone to find better, right from the start, Wez was the only Agent that talked about upselling all the rest just wanted a sale and did not care what the final price was. Nothing was hidden good news or bad they were open and honest throughout, such a rare thing in this day and age. Everything is documented and communicated in a professional manner. This is the second house they have sold for me and the standards were high on both occasions.Would highly recommend.
