If I could give zero I would, rubbish service, ordered the first time half of the stuff never arrived so had to seek a refund, I decided to give them another chance but they clearly have no care for good customer service (the second lot still not arrived). Avoid there are many better companies who are much quicker and you actually receive everything.

I've used them for the better part of a year and they started off really well. Delivery was quick and on time. Unfortunately, that is no longer true. Delivery estimates are useless, 24 hour shipping is more like 72-96 hour. That isn't the fault of the delivery company though, as they haven't received the parcel even though it's been marked as despatched.I would avoid using them if at all possible.

Whilst the product I ordered was good value for money I'm afraid the service received was somewhat below par. The expected delivery date was 3 days after the order was placed. Having not received the product 6 days after ordering I phoned to chase delivery and was advised it would be delivered next day (Sat). Having not received it Sat. I emailed to chase it. I was advised it would be delivered day 10/11. When sent the tracking detail delivery was identified day 14.On day 14 the delivery company's website identified it had been delayed and would be delivered next working day. Later that day (day 14) the order was received. Lesson learnt if ordering ensure delivery is not urgent.

Made a purchase which was apparently dispatched quite quickly yet Royal Mail never received it. After contacting Pet Express, I was told that RM do have it and they would chase the depot. When my order finally arrived a week after the apparent dispatch date, the invoice inside had various date stamps showing that they had had to order something in before sending my order. I also received a refund for a product while my order was apparently in transit. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't use again.

I find this place about 4 years ago when I was in a desperate situation with my dog. Hi is on hypoallergenic food and I tried many brands with out success. The lady from the till recommended me Canagan brand and she said is done in Plymouth on a farm with natural ingredients. I bought few because was expensive and since then my dog has just this brand. Is expensive but on a long term we didn't had to go to the vet and pay expensive bills. I ordered online the delivery is fast and my dog loves the free toy he received every time. Thank you.

Ordered food on the 20th, not sent until 27th after contacting customer services. After item was sent they were no longer interested. They are normally good, but not this time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered and paid for 24 hour delivery service. Arrived 9 days later. Good job I managed to order elsewhere.....

Second month now ive received the wrong food wrong flavour last month right flavour this month but not small breed, think i need to look elsewhere you obviously cant get it rightI'm not paying £60for food i don't want 1st pick what i received pic the one i ordered 2nd

I would give zero stars if I could. Asking me to review my experience with the Pet Express before I even recieve the items that I ordered? Shocking company. I ordered 2 weeks ago. Was told I would recieve my items via DHL in 3 days, even got a tracking number. Well, it didn't arrive in 3 days and the tracking number doesn't work. I have phoned numerous times but no one answers. I have sent many emails with no response. Eventually I can see me having to contact my credit card company to get my money back. If there is a delay on the items, then at least communicate to your customers!!
