Was looking for a leather jacket found this shop on line in Reading when arrived in the town was directed into shopping centre where there was no sign of this shop I was approached by the security staff to ask if I was lost to be told this shop no longet existed in Reading very disappointed

Rubbish material used in their thin t-shirts. White t-shirt has holes in after two wears, pin holes on the sides and round the neck. Black t-shirts and grey all have disfigured material round the neck after a couple wears each. (I don't hang them I fold them and iron before wear). Red, maroon and light blue have slight neck issues but bearable after 4+ wears each. Please spend your money elsewhere. Customer services are rubbish and try to complicate what should be an easy process which leads to a solution. I have other t-shirts and shirts which all have issues, me being loyal to the brand decided that it must have been an issue a few years a go but now it's clear to see that they're still shoveling out poor quality goods.
