We had the best time in this amazing lodge. From going down the drive on arrival to leaving after a week we couldn't fault anything. A perfect place to escape a busy life. The animals were a real bonus, wanted to bring Larry the donkey home.We loved it so much we rebooked while we were still there.

Booked this lodge as our first Christmas away from home and just WOW!! It is amazing here, we had high expectations but this went way above anything we could have hoped for. Very well kept and perfectly equipped even to make the perfect Christmas dinner. Couldn’t ask for a better host either thanks Pete. Will definitely be coming back next year.

Recently stayed for a short stay with my partner, was a lovely accommodation and the hot tub was excellent. The weather was great, meaning the sun was directly on the front of the lodge, which gave us plenty of chance to soak up some much needed sun time. The hot tub was a tad hot (I know hot tub is in the name) but was a much loved thing late at night as the moon was out and the motion sensor lights went off after a few minutes outside the lodge meaning that we could see the stars whilst relaxing (and the moon).Definitely booking again for a short stay or longer.

Absolutely stunning place to stay, the owners are wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We love it so much next year will be our third visit !
