Kerry is an excellent teacher - she gives really clear instructions (especially helpful when doing classes online!) and there's always a good mix of exercises targeting different parts of the body. Her classes have really helped get rid of a lot of joint and back pain I've experienced, as well as noticeably improving my strength and mobility. Kerry is also really warm and friendly, which makes a big difference! I love these classes, and would highly recommend them!

Written this in retrospect after a very long and awful awful year of back problems.Kerry was Absolutely amazing in helping me get through my back problems both before and after surgery , Pilates was extremely helpful and Kerry is just a lovely person which also helps massively . She tailored everything to my ability and was flexible and helpful in arranging some private classes .After my surgery I did the classes in the botanics and also loved these ; all abilities were there but this didn’t matter . Kerry always ensured that people were comfortable and happy with what they were doing .My only regret is that I’ve not been able to go as much as I have wanted to !!!

I would highly recommend Kerry's mat Pilates classes. I have been attending for a few months now and I have noticed a significant difference in how I feel. I have knee and back problems and both have improved thanks to the classes. I also feel stronger and at the same time more flexible. In addition to the benefits, Kerry is a great teacher. Her classes are fun and she adapts any exercise that might be difficult due to individual challenges.

Kerry is a wonderful teacher. I had never tried Pilates so had 3 one to one sessions with her at the Hyndland Physiotherapy Clinic to see if I was able to do the exercises and also if I enjoyed it. I now attend her Saturday morning classes in the Kibble Palace in the Botanical Gardens and thoroughly enjoy them and I feel so much better. She explains the moves and makes sure I am doing them to the best of my ability. I strongly recommend Kerry as a first class teacher, her classes are warm and friendly.

I've been going to Kerry's classes for years after experiencing pain and they've changed my life. Kerry explains the moves, the benefits of them and also gives alternative exercises if you're in pain. I've gone to other Pilates teachers but always come back to Kerry. Her online classes during the pandemic are great too and easily accessed through Zoom.

My wife and I have been attending Kerry`s Pilates classes for over two yearsWe have gained much benefit during this time.Pilates is excellent for improving balance, strength and flexibility which makes it applicable for older people and those suffering from sports injuries,Kerry is an excellent teacher who explains important points regarding issues that need addressing . I've been going to Pilates with Kerry Stewart In Glasgow's West End for quite a few years now. Can highly recommend either her classes or one to ones ! She makes Pilates fun but also tailors the moves and exercises to whatever is required... eg particular sports or injuries/areas of concern.I took up Pilates after longstanding problems with low back pain from tennis-I have had no back issues since taking it up and Kerry has taken the time to give me tips and specific exercises to do at home or before playing matches. I have no doubt that Pilates has not only helped my core stability but also sense of wellbeing and quality of sleep after an evening class . She is a lovely friendly person who makes you very welcome at any of her classes or sessions no matter what your ability . She has a variety of classes each week at different venues in the west end (including outdoors in the Botanic Gardens in the summer !...).or in town/different times of day/and also Saturdays ....and even mother and baby classes ! . This makes it easy to be flexible with attending depending on work or other commitments.

I have taken Pilates classes with Kerry for a number of years and really feel that the sessions help me with my mobility and core strength. In the past I have had issues with my back but problems have occurred far less frequently since I have been participating.

Kerry is a wonderful Pilates teacher. She supports people to go at their own pace and abilities and does great stretches to combat all the sitting and hunching over phones and desks we all do now.

Kerry is a great teacher, explaining all the moves well. I find the classes very helpful and would not hesitate to recommend them. Kerry offers classes at a variety of times and in lockdown they are easily accessible by zoom. She also provides a choice of passes.
