Used this place for the 1st time as my usual butcher Glen Davies around the corner was closed, never again as the peppered sirloin steak had been out in the sun for so long it was already cooked when I opened it at home!!

Bought chicken meat and under the meat the tray is full of pieces chicken legs and pieces of end of the wings. Disgusting!

We ordered a turkey for 2017 Christmas, paid a £10 deposit and were told it would be in for collection on Christmas Eve. Now, the turkey was great; unfortunately, it has gone up £10 since we paid the deposit. According to consumer law, we had entered into a contract when we paid the deposit. Alas, they refused to give us the turkey at the agreed price and we had to pay the extra £10 to avoid Christmas being ruined. So, lovely turkey, terrible customer service. We won't be buying anything from there again.
