Majestic Chauffeurs Worcester - Executive travel Solutions

We hired a Mercedes S Class for my daughters wedding in May 2022.The car was immaculate, comfy, practical (for a wedding dress) and decorated with a bow. Our driver Zamm (I believe this was his name) was polite and courteous. He arrived early and waited for us until we were ready to leave and stayed at the ceremony venue until the couple were ready to go to their reception. Also a nice added extra of bottled water after being out in the sun and taking photos!Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for wedding car hire!

Really disappointed, I had high hopes after looking at the professional website. Then proceeded to quote different prices to what was on the website, saying that the website is due to be updated shortly. When I pointed this out the response was “We don’t do discounts”. I wasn’t asking for a discount I was asking for the advertised price to be honoured.Real shame!

We have used Majestic Chauffeurs twice now to transport my elderly father to my sons' weddings. These were quite long day trips. The whole experience with the firm has been excellent. Zam looked after my father so well each time which consequently left me feeling relaxed and able to enjoy the weddings. I could not recommend them more. But I haven't any more son's.... LOL!

Very disappointed that my car failed to turn up for our 3am airport run. I rang Sam he said he would contact the driver, after 15 mins waiting I received a phone call from a driver to say he was on his way, eventually he arrived one hour after our original booking! BUT we were totally shocked when an old VW turned up from WOOBO hardly the executive travel we booked!!!!! But we were glad to just get to the airport, thankfully we had allowed extra time, Would have been so much more professional if when I spoke to Sam he should of said, I will jump in my car and take you myself! Return trip and All future bookings cancelled.UPDATED REVIEW.... AT NO POINT WAS I RUDE TO THE DRIVER, THE DRIVER HAD NO ASSOCIATION WITH THIS COMPANY ..... WE ACTUALLY GAVE HIM A LARGE TIP. OBVIOUSLY THE OWNER DOES NOT LIKE TRUE CRITICISM.

Very good service, friendly helpful driver and team, nice car. Booking was straightforward and confirmation quick. Our flight was delayed 7 hours on a Sunday night and we got a call reassuring us that a car will be with us whatever time we ended up getting in which was one less thing to worry about. Would definitely recommend as a reliable and professional service. Well done.
