A great little class the hour flies by. The teacher is very knowledgable, witty and extremely patient taking students through the moves in detail when required no matter how many times you get it wrong. Helps balance posture and focusing the mind. Well worth investing the time. All students are friendly and eager to help bring each other up to scratch
