A relaxed atmosphere to look around. Nothing was too much trouble, Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying a camper van as well. No pressure and very refreshing.

Horrific experience from day one, issues with the poor condition of the vehicle, Gearbox failed after 20 days, plus issues with fuse box, fumes coming into the cab whilst driving, and finally cracked sump. Total lack of customer care and safety. Beyond belief. Vehicle was returned under Consumer Rights act and refund. avoid!!

Has some nice motorhomes. Prices reasonable. To me the only downfall in having to get them to to unlock the units to view them. Didn't like having to do that hence only 4 stars.

Great place to look at camper vans. Very helpful but not pushy staff, affordable buying options. Plenty of space between you and other customers. Definitely worth a visit if you are interested in buying a camper van.

Purchased a VW converted campervan. We opted for a used model with a brand new conversion, completed to a very high quality spec. We were able to choose our spec down to the finest detail inside and out whether a new or used van. There were various price ranges and payment options to choose from and we were surpised by the level of spec we could afford made easy by a finace plan facilitated by Jake that suited us perfectly. The staff were great and particualrly welcoming. Mike in the shop was especially friendly and guided us as to our requirements to get us started as new campers amongst the vast range of available accesories. The whole 'browsing' experience was a pleasure of a day out with no pressure to commit & when we did decide to purchase a few days later, the whole process was the smoothest, most hassle free experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. On handover day Mark gave us a very thorough run through with expert knowlege and guided us toward online material should we require a refresher. He also recommended to us and heped us liase with a specific campervan insurance provider who turned out to be very reasonable on price. On the whole a very pleasurable, hassle free experience and a fantastic purchase - let our adventures begin!

Very attentive whilst you are purchasing a vehicle (campervan) but after care / service is awful!!! I'm left with a van that still has faults!! Would definitely not recommend

We were told to collect the used motorhome in 4 weeks time to allow Pre delivery inspection and valet. Upon collection, it had stains on the seats and old food and sticky plastic forks in the cupboards! The table had been cut in half. A habitation check had not been done. We were going on holiday a few days after collection, in it, so we had no option but to pay for seat cleaning ourselves. On holiday the toilet leaked badly into the living area, due to degraded rubber seal, so obviously had not been checked, as it should have been, on a proper habitation check! Lost faith in this dealer, who claimed it had been valeted and that checking toilet seals was not part of a habitation check, Rubbish. We paid for all the work to be done ourselves as we did not trust them to do a proper job. Also they made 7K on our trade in, which wouldn't have been too bad if the one we bought from them had been ok. They didn't bother to answer my e-mail. You have been warned.
