If it not for the service plan with WLMG, I’d be avoiding this dealership entirely. Every visit has its challenges - poor communication, conflicting information or attempted overcharging. My recent visit experienced similar.I scheduled a ‘major service’ appointment weeks in advance, but they didn’t bother to inform me that they lacked the necessary parts to complete the service.I only found out about this issue at the very end when they sent a ‘visual’ video inspection. The service team didnt seem aware, and blamed parts. The invoice and documentation provided no indication that the spark plugs hadn’t been replaced.Information/vitals/pricing on the printout, visual inspection and the ‘approvals’ webpage were all inconsistent.For instance, the tire tread measurements varied across all documents.They quoted £15+ for a key fob battery replacement, but upon checking, it was actually £7 (still pricey for a battery).Their online approval system was confusing, as it didn’t clearly present options for parts alongside labor costs. It felt pointless to approve £140 when clicking ‘accept’ wouldn’t result in any actual work.Furthermore, I received conflicting advice from the service team before my visit. Both my tire pressure and oil change lights came on… one person told me to keep driving while another said to stop driving and visit immediately. During my visit, I was informed that the oil light is based on a timer and doesn’t intelligently detect oil-related issues. So that was a waste of money replacing oil prior to my visit (under their recommendation).Prior to my visit, my front fog light smashed. I phoned two weeks ahead of time to get a quote for parts and labour. I was promised a call back, but had to chase two days prior to the service. I was told they “left a voicemail”, which seems to be their ongoing excuse for the lack of communication. The parts team blamed the service team and said the quote was provided days before.Fingers crossed they get in touch soon about the spark plugs!

The annual service was fantastic, and they provide a video of the service so you can see all the detail of what’s being checked (and it’s also the best views of under the 4x4 as shown in the pics below)! I’m all in for Suzuki & WLMG’s brilliant sales and after-sales service. Really good Covid precautions too with one way systems, social distancing, excellent car hygiene etc for a safe & comfortable experience. All with very reasonable and competitive prices too.
