I would like to say a huge thank you to Marcus, who went out of his way to help me when I was stranded nearby with a flat battery.Excellent customer service.Although, I was rather shocked that the invoice was a lot more than I was quoted - however I was satisfied with outcome.

Marcus in the Spares Department has always been very helpful and friendly. With a load of knowledge and expertise behind him, he is a real asset to the dealership.However, the new arrangement where spares customers are dealt with in the showroom rather than at the spares desk is a waste of everyone's time. Ordering a spare part now takes far longer than it did before. Please restore the previous system.

I am very disappointed with the service I received last year. I had no advisory, and last week exhaust broke down, and when I went to Toyota, they had fond. Also, the springs were broken, and the brake cable was split the brake pads, and the disc front and rear needed changing . In conclusion, I am very upset ending up with an estimated cost of over 1150 pounds. In my opinion, they have not advised anything just because my car will get out of warranty in 2 months .I am upset ,frustrated, because I am going to the same garage in Toyota South from 2014 with 2 cars every year.I don't know how I can trust that place to let them handle my cars again. The only person there who never changed it is Julie and the front desk, which is very professional and willing to help and assist from my point of view. See deserve a 5 star from myself and my husband . But the rest of the service received there a big ZERO.

Called in to Brislington (our usual dealer) a couple of weeks ago after having our car serviced at a different Toyota branch local to us (who we won’t be using again!) as the key battery that was meant to be replaced at the service was playing up. Marcus in the service/parts department was extremely helpful and replaced the key battery for us straight away. We will be sticking with the Brislington Branch from now on, 5 star service as always. Thanks guys

Visited for my wife's car's annual service. All went really well from booking right through to payment. All staff really friendly and helpful, especially service advisor Erica who looked after things on the day. 5 stars for her and the rest of the team.

Took my car in to Toyota Bristol South for an MOT and Interim Service. Fantastic customer service from Erica Bliss. I’m always kept informed as to whether any work might need to be carried out. They also give a thorough health check as standard and a complimentary car wash and vacuum. I can’t recommend Listers Toyota highly enough.

I needed two number plates for my trailer and bike board to match my car number plate, for Yaris recently purchased from this Listers dealership. The service was impeccable from the receptionist and from Marcus in Parts, who was helpful and friendly. The plates were quickly made up and the cost was very reasonable.

Had my car serviced and the experience was excellent. Erika followed through the appointment with frequent communication to keep me up to date on my car's readiness. She also helped resolving a matter on invoice side of thing upfront, she is enthusiastic and cheerful. My car was collected delivered by Barry, he's great, well mannered. Looking forward to use their services again.
