When a clutch problem had left us looking for alternate transportation on our Honeymoon, Enterprise Barrow managed to get us a vehicle at very short notice when we had been let down by numerous others. Thanks to them we could enjoy what remained of our trip and they even gave us a box of chocolates. Cannot thank them enough, highly recommend!

Horrendous experience, I required a vehicle short notice to go to a funeral. The system allowed me to book a luxury car. I need this car early on a Monday morning, I received a call 15 mins before I was due to collect the car to tell me they didn't have one available. Why does the system allow you to order and more importantly pay for cars that aren't available, needless to say I was left in an awkward situation. The main issue came when trying retrieve my payment, I have been constantly informed they will check and call me back and till now no call back forcing me to have to call again the following day...be careful it feels like I've been scammed still no joy

I recently rented from Enterprise in Barrow and the customer service was excellent, I was collected from my hotel in the vehicle I was to rent, which was far better than the standard car I paid for.10/10 guys, excellent, friendly service…Will be renting from here on my next visit.. shout out to Troy for being awesome..!!

If I could give a 0 I would. Paid for a large car. Collection at 8am. When we got there. They didn't have a car for us until 12pm. We asked for a refund to be told it takes 14days to get our money back. So now we don't even have the money to jump on a train. My daughter is going to miss a very important hospital appointment because of this company!
