Open to trade and public Monday to Friday 07.30 to 17.00.More commercial than domestic for which you really need the plumb centre at Moulton Park or St James Mill Road which are also part of the Wolseley group.They also prefer card payment rather than cash.

I recently purchased a length of UPVC pipe which was shown in the manufacturers literature as having an ID of 25mm. It turned out that the ID was 29mm which was of no use for my project. Dan Braham was incredibly helpful and contacted the manufacturer who turned out to be less than helpful. In the end Dan arranged for a very prompt refund and I cannot praise him highly enough. Terrible after sales! Buy direct otherwise if you need to use the ‘warranty’ it’s a very long process
