Great advertising in local magazine so I Made appointment for visit waited in 4 hours no one turned up. No phone all. Subsequently called several times and requested a call back. Haven’t got the courtesy to return a call. Do not bother with these amateurs. Forced to give one star. !!!!!!!!

Phone call on Tuesday morning said would be out that day and gave me pricing.turned up at 3 45 told me what was wrong gave me a set price said would do it on Thursday all done excellent service

Please avoid! They insisted on taking my dishwasher to the workshop for repair without even testing it or trying to find the fault at home, they took it and called to say they had fixed it and it would cost £130! When I said that was too much they said they would just 'undo the work' and return it, I thought it was strange that they had done the work without checking with me first as that was a big expense so I asked them to return it as I wasn't expecting that quote and you can buy a brand new one for under £200! I then had another company come out who checked it there and then and advised it was a simple common problem which they fixed in about 5 mins for a simple call out charge, thank god I didn't agree to pay the £130!! These are con men looking to make easy money-- go elsewhere!
