I'm very disappointed with the service this is the third time I've had to have my hearing aid adjusted and the person who I saw did not have a clue what to do or how to adjust my hearing aid as she didn't know how to use the computer to adjust my aid, I was told before I went in that there was fully trained audiologist there which wasn't the case, I can't be seen by a trained audiologist before the 7th February, absolutely rubbish as I depend totally on my hearing aid, very disappointed

Brought my father here for a hearing test and new hearing aids. Rashni was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly to us. He’s very happy with his new aids and I’d happily recommend an appointment with her if you need any information or help with this process.

Great service and very friendly Staff. Tom delt with my glasses and done an absolute amazing job of sorting out the problem i had with another boots store. Just the most pleasant experrience ordering new glasses

Absolutely dreadful customer care. My 89 year old mum has had her appointments cancelled the last 4 times! Today‘s appointment cancelled by text less than two hours before her due appointment. Boots were happy to take the money for her hearing aids but the duty of care provided since is awful. I’d suggest going elsewhere if you want any type of aftercare support.
