Absolutely discusting customer service and very poor communication. The owner is very rude and not punctual and doesn't answer the phone or messages in a timely manner.She was happy to have us waiting 1 hour in the pouring rain for drop off after giving us a time to drop off and not even apologise for making us wait.Would not recommend this business. The idea is great though, just not from these people.*Note, these people delete honest reviews if they don't agree with them. Also argue publicly involving other members of the public.

We hired a scooter for my Dad for a week in Flamingo Land, which was an absolute godsend. Madge was so helpful, showing him how to use it (as he had never used one before). You get a cover and a charging cable so it can be parked, and charged, outside your caravan each night. It made such a big difference to our holiday. Would definiitely recommend. Thank you so much.

Just returned from yet another week at Flamingo Land and for the 3rd time we hired a scooter for my dad which makes his time there so much easier and enjoyable. Very friendly couple to deal with, excellent service, highly recommend them for scooter hire to anyone who needs one. Will definitely use each time we're there. X
