We did both of our viewings with Graham (who couldn’t have been more accommodating with when we wanted to view our property) and then once our offer was accepted we worked closely with Paul throughout it all (also brilliant). Honestly what a lovely estate agents to work with! Always answered my calls and emails - and if I needed anything followed up on Paul was always fast to get back to me with an update. Having such friendly and helpful people at the other end of the phone definitely made the whole process of buying a home so much easier! I’d highly recommend!

My partner and I have recently bought a house through West Ewell's branch of Nicholls Residential, and their team were fantastic from the moment we made the offer until completion. Very professional and helpful, offered good advice, easy to contact too - always returned calls and replied to emails without delay. Buying or selling a property is a stressful journey but the right Estate Agent can take some of that burden off their customer's shoulder. And Nicholls Residential are definitely the good ones. Highly recommend!
