Staff laughed at me, when I showed shock at coyote fur trim jacket in the Aberdeen store. The Canadian Goose jacket is a very cruelly made product. They also had other fur trimmed items...really in Scotland? no need in this day and age for cruelty fur in a fashion shop

Unfortunately one of those companies that don't care about customers, only customers money. Aftersales service is diabolically poor, staff very unhelpful. I will never shop there again!

When you get fired from Aberdeen Zara, you go to Aberdeen Cruise, and to know what I think of Zara's staff, please read my review.You can walk around Aberdeen Cruise totally unhindered or untroubled by staff. There is no annoying Can I help you" interjections or hard-sell or pushiness at all. You can wander and browse to your heart's content... which is great right up until you do actually want some help

Went into the shop today just to have a look, when I entered the shop, one of the shop assistants gave me a dodgy look, was it cause I was wearing just comfy joggers and a parka, just because I wasn't wearing posh clothes to enter this shop is that why, didn't know there was a dress code to enter this shop.

Purchased a very expensive pair of Gucci trainers for my wife’s anniversary.She wore them only twice, and miraculously on the back of the shoe all the glitter came of! Simpley because it was raining....It water can do that kind of damage to a very expensive item, why are you selling them???And now they are taking no blame and have pointed me in the direction of Gucci? At the end of the day. I bought them from cruise Aberdeen. They should be solving this issue Cause it’s definitely not our fault. Apart from the glitter coming of the shoes are still brand new my wife takes good care of them. Really disappointed with the store manager to be treated like this.Especially since we have been buying from cruise for a long time. We have purchased many Gucci items and never had an issue. My wife was supposed to wear them on holiday. Now she simply can’t. VERY DISGUSTED THAT NO BODY IS TAKING BLAME FOR THIS.I NEED THIS SORTED ASAP.

I went into the store with hopes of buying a palm angels top, unfortunately due to the quite rude nature of the employees and their looks of classistic stares madd me feel intimidated. They made me feel like an intruder instead of a customer. Decent clothes, staff need to be more friendly.

Quality shop.Plenty of your favourite designs to try on.Brilliant Stone Island.The staff are so helpful,unlike a shop I not name only stone island online.Thanks all staff in Aberdeen branch and will continue to add to my collection with cruise.

This is the worst store ever in Aberdeen. Staff are so rude. Went in for an online return and was told I couldn't return due to items being an online purchase and one of the items clearly being the wrong item purchased, won't be accepted. It clearly states on the cruise website that items bought online can be returned in store for a credit note (which is what I could have settled for), and yet I was refused. The two female members of staff present on the 11th of August 2020, need to be properly taught how to deal with customers and need to come down from their high horses. I believe it being a franchise (Aberdeen store) clearly damages the reputation of Cruise Fashion UK.

First time in this store and overall very pleased staff nice and friendly and a good selection to choose from. Would definitely visit again.
