Great shop for high end clothes but without the high end prices. Staff are really attentive without being too over bearing.

I second the gentleman below. I'm a fan of ctshirts as they have good products and are priced competitively, especially during promotions. I went in to return an online order and It was good to see the great service extended at this store. I dealt with a gentleman who was very polite and went above and beyond to help customers. Great store. Recommended.

My father politely enquired if they sold suits that were washing machine safe, and having said no, we left to the employees laughing at him. Not only did I find this impertinent and condescending, yet it was her response that was truly derisive. I went up to the employee (Mila) and told her that I was aware of what she had just done, and all she said was ok". An honest apology would have been sufficient

Husband needed shirts but likes a certain type which they don't stock much of. However the sales assistant was extremely patient and gave great advice, even managed to find him a couple of shirts he could buy.

I have been buying shirts online from Charles Tyrwhitt for years and always happy with the quality. I visited the Swindon store to purchase a suit and found the service to be exceptionally good. Despite being short staffed and busy, the Assistant Manager was proactive and very helpful.

What superb shirts in Buckingham Weave. I have found it very difficult to establish the correct sizing and fit, as what is measured does not relate accurately to the shirts. The sleeve length is different if you compare button cuff against double cuff with exactly the same sleeve length.- with the double cuff being noticeably shorter. Having said all this, now I have established what is the correct size and fit for me - absolutely superb and backed by great customer service at Swindon.. I will be visiting again :-)...

This is a very deceptive place it's a lot bigger inside than it looks and they have everything you could need. Very friendly staff, just across the road from Atrium palace.
