States open untill 2000. Closed at 1655 today?? Last time I use these cowboys. Will use tool station from now on as they are more accurate with the site, cheaper and have better selections.

I went to the store this morning and was greeted by a gentleman called Micheal nothing was too much trouble and helped me with my purchases to the car it came natural to him he is a credit to his upbringing and his commitment to his job not often seen , well done mate you made my day

Always used them but not any more. People now have to have to type in the full order number in store after ordering online. We are practically doing all the work for them. Bad eyes and I struggled. I’m no mug. Hope many others boycott for the same reason.

From a customer perspective, Screwfix must really have their business model properly sorted. Best prices on kit immediately available in many cases, next day in the rest. Brilliant
