Whilst travelling to Cornwall this week for a pool install, my van developed a fault and went into Limp Mode.The office rang ahead and asked if JRB could look at the issue when I arrived.Although being fully booked for the week, Malcom had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part within 20 minutes of my arrival . I returned the van to them a day later and all was fixed within two hours.Thank you so much for the excellent service received and reasonably priced too! We were on holiday when our alternator broke on a Saturday afternoon; James arranged to replace it for us the following Monday so we could have the car for the rest of our holiday. Thanks.

Excellent service

We were on holiday with our converted Peugeot boxer when we started having problems with our steering. At arrival at the garage Malcom was super helpful and explained all the options we had. Shortly after parts were ordered and we were in for repair first thing in the morning. Great price and he explained everything well. Very trustworthy mechanic.

Malcolm, the owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix other issues with my car that were driving me crazy for a while now. Highly recommended.
