Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Person we sat down was not interested int he slightest. Working in the construction trade myself I suggested what we wanted to do and all we were met with was negativity. We said our budget and hes basically asked us to leave.Terrible. Won’t be recommending to anyone.

We needed the whole bathroom re-done (water damaged) and decided to go from bath to shower as well as more storage and a lighter colour. The Edinburgh Bathroom Company managed to fulfil all of this as well as setting us up with local decorators etc.

I have now had my typical wee Victorian tenement bathroom converted into the most stunning 21st Century shower room. Everyone has the same reaction: is it truly the same space? No longer does it seem narrow and shoe-box like but now appears to be a generous square with defined areas: shower, toilet and cloakroom-like handbasin.The selection of fittings at Edinburgh Bathroom Company is quite overwhelming. However, Ryan listened and quickly judged what would be to my taste so that my choices were quite straightforward and now, many months later, all look absolutely perfect. EBS also recommended Stevie Duddy and Gordon Cunningham to do the installation. They and their team were superb, and all involved took great care to deliver the highest quality result. I hope this photo illustrates just how stunning it is.Thank you again Ryan, Stevie and Gordon. I look forward to many years of enjoyment.

We had a bathroom design and install from this company in 2018. Initially pleased with the design. The wheels came off when the install happened, design didn’t work according to installer. “Never done this before mate”Ended up asking installer to leave and have spent 2 years + getting stuff fixed.Complained at the time- completely ignored- design guy refused to respond to emails or accept any responsibility.Avoid this company at all costs!

It's a daunting task undertaking a major capital project in your home. However, everyone at the Edinburgh Bathroom Company and Mark Robertson Plumbing (my contractor), were approachable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My work started ahead of the original estimated start date and was completed on time. I never needed to chase up anyone - a very pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend.

Really can't fault this company on any account. From the service in the show room, the variety and quality of the range available to the finished product, all was exemplary. Kenny was patient while I made my choices, and was careful that the design of my shower room matched my expectations. Mark Robertson and his installation team were customer-focused, reliable, hard-working, friendly and experienced. There were one or two issues but these were resolved to my satisfaction and a couple of snags were sorted out immediately. I highly recommend this company and plan to return when I have my bathroom done.

Came in to look for ideas as we want to replace our bathroom. Salesman came over to us and basically said he was there if we needed help but he was waiting for a customer to come in. This suited us perfectly as we had a vague idea what we want and as we only have a small bathroom we know we are limited for choices. Made mistake of mentioning our vague idea and suddenly the Salesman had us all over the showroom looking at all sorts! Really confusing as all we were getting was his ideas but what did we want?? He then said he would do us a plan and email it to us and ask a plumber to get in touch. This has never happened!! obviously our bathroom was not going to be worth his while as I don't know how many times he mentioned big bathrooms he had designed oh and his bathrooms!! Not professional at all. Much better service elsewhere that's for sure. Really disappointing

We went to a few places, including the usual suspects, when we were planning our bathroom, but we decided to try a more specialist company and we are really glad we did! The sales staff were genuinely helpful - not steering us towards the most expensive items but really taking notice of our requirements and helping put together a complete bathroom suite that really fits our space. The end result is excellent! The quality of the materials are first class and the plumber and fitters that they recommended to do the installation could not have been more professional. Add in the excellent after sales service from all concerned and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

Great service from Edinburgh Bathroom Company . I run a plumbing business and bought my own bathroom from the shop , products are beautiful , and the free design and consultation service is second to none .Ryan Duffy provided the design and we were very happy with the overall finish.Highly recommend.
