2 girls on the trade desk think they are doing you a favour by giving you a price. Had been using this branch a lot as it was more convenient but how they can justify quoting 40% more than another branch of the same company, same products I’ll never know. Avoid

Ordered stuff from here 3 times now and every time the order hae been wrong, with either items missing or incorrect items. Also waited in for a full day once for the delivery not to arrive. On that occasion I was lied to twice telling me my order was in the waggon and on the way until I rang again and a man told me the truth that it want annd hadnt even been picked. Dont trust anything these jokers say

Great store with great products and helpful staff. They also have a great cafe upstairs with a great selection on snacks and meals, even a big breakfast if you are in there early!Plenty of disabled parking, clean toilets and 4 electric car charging bays.

Molly was brilliant getting me the best deal she could, beating other distributors on price. Mark and liam were amazing and helped load everything on the van for us. Would highly recommend

Rang up before hand to enquire if they had a working charge point for use with a company vehicle as we needed some supply's from the store and was told yes its available. When we arrived had to ask the lad on the till for some assistance he confirmed it wasn't available. Didn't stop me using the store but please make sure your teams give out the correct information like wise put a sign on the charging points to say they are not working and finally get them operational because I need to come back often

My husband sent me to this store to get some pipes for a job he was doing. He was in the middle of the job so was unable to go his self. The pipes were quite big and a little heavy.When I got to the checkouts I was going to ask if someone could help me to the car . Well I didn't need to ask. Steven on the checkouts asked would I like some help. He carried the pipes over to my car and trailer. He loaded the trailer for me and even took my trolly back for me.Well done selco bootle. Your staff are very helpful , as we always find they are but stevens help was very much appreciated.Friendly and very helpful and polite staff.

Always reliable this place and free delivery, however just a star knocked off for their website, they shouldn't have a date available for delivery which isn't actually available. I only found out by calling myself on the day ( i needed it for the following day) and I was wondering if they would have called me to let me know it wasn't what I selected online? They used the excuse of it's on my confirmation email however we're all very busy people, just don't have it available on the website in the first place.I will still shop here though! just a gripe with their website that I think they should improve on!
