I have had my IVA approved today!I have had my IVA approved today, very happy with the outcome. I am now on an affordable payment plan. I suffer with anxiety and the team were very helpful and made it so much easier for me from start to finish. I can finally sleep at night!

I spent a lot of my time on the phone to a total of 3 people relaying the same information time and time again. I was promised a call back at 10.30am today which actually came at 11.20 or thereabouts. After sending requested information through I was told eventually there was nothing they could do to help me. Why on earth was I not told sooner, a complete waste of my time!!!!!

I got some very good news this afternoon. I had my IVA approved. This has been a fantastic journey for me they have an amazing and understanding service. I couldn’t sleep at night and they have been so helpful and supportive to me. awful companyI spent hours on the phone to numerous people, had my life pulled apart and now being ignoredthey have left me in a worse situation than I started.. don't even deserve the 1 star.

Awful company, do not give them your details as you will receive nothing but spam calls from unrelated companies and they won't respond when you ask your number to be taken off list. AVOID!
