I am a first time buyer and this broker has supported me throughout. Jason has answered every question I had and explained further if I was still unsure. Buying your first house I a huge worry but I was put at ease using this service. They were always very fast to reply to emails and keep me updated. Very helpful, friendly and informative from the first phone call. Dinah was so patient with all our questions and every staff member we dealt with was equally nice and responsive, Stacey and Kerry who dealt with the later part of the process were also great. They were informative and had no trouble spending the time with us to make sure we understood each step of the process. As a couple going through the morgage application for the first time, we really appreciated the help with understanding new jargon and information that could otherwise be overwhelming. We are really happy with our experience, and would highly recommend!

I highly recommend to deal with this company as my experience was very positive. Matt Collinson is a great expert and very enthusiastic person who made the process smooth and easy for us, but we understand what amount of work was behind. Matt was very helpful answering our questions even late in the evenings and early in the mornings, provided the required guidance and assistance taking into account all our specifics and advising best options. Meghan assistance with our deal is also very appreciated.It was a pleasure working with the team and these guys did really great job.

Leo and Jo were both great. As first time buyers they made the process easy and helped us understand the steps involved. We had a specialist situation making us unsuitable for most lenders but they provided multiple options. We also changed lenders and solicitors during the process and they were quick to assist with this.Overall, we are very happy and would recommend them to others. We would definitely use them again.

Dinah and Lyndsey have been so helpful. They have both been so responsive and let us know what is happening. They are both so easy to get in touch with too.
