Ella made the most beautiful birthday cake for my 3 year old daughter with quite little notice! Looked beautiful and tasted delicious, will definitely use her again!

Ella is simply fabulous.We'd heard lovely things about Ella's cakes, and our first order did not disappoint!Ella made a Victoria sponge cake for my husband's birthday, topped with berries (at short notice). It was absolutely delicious! The sponge was light and fluffy, and the indulgent cream was beautifully balanced by the jam and the berries.My little girl said that eating the cake for breakfast was the best part of her day - and I'd have to agree :)Thanks Ella.

Thank you so much for the cake for Alice’s Baptism yesterday. It was absolutely stunning and just what I had hoped it would look like. Not to mention it also tasted so delicious . The coconut/lime combo is fabulous with apricot jam and buttercream. So many people asked who made it. Thank you again for everything you did - from the ease of communicating with you/prompt replies to the end perfect cake for our occasion. A wonderful baker, Ella was in tune with us from beginning to end. As someone who can't eat gluten or dairy, I was adamant that our wedding cake would be both gluten and dairy free, and amazing. So amazing that we could serve it as dessert on the wedding day. We tried a couple of tasters from other bakers, but the gluten and dairy free options were dry and tasteless. I knew we could do better and the cake Ella created for us was completely the opposite! Using great complimentary flavours, colours and styling, she came up with the most wonderful and delicious cake for our special day. We felt huge peace of mind with our wedding cake, especially given the dietary requirements. We also had a vegan cake which was differentiated by different internal icing, which made it possible to make sure everything was taken care of. She did a fantastic job with delivery, setup and decoration on the day. We had so many compliments from guests about the cake, confessing to indulging in multiple helpings. You can sample her baking throughout Bath and we recommend you should!

Ella was brilliant and accommodated all of my picky needs for a birthday carrot cake: 2-layer cake with floral & berries decoration on top with a biscoff drip; walnut & dates instead of raisins inside. The result was delicious. Ella's service was also fantastic and she responds quickly to all requests. Cake box also comes with carefully detailed care instructions for storage and allergy information. Fully satisfied with the whole order process, would 100% recommend.

Highly Highly recommend! The cake is absolutely beautiful and tasted even better than it looked! Sometimes vegan cakes can be dry or odd in texture but not this one, it is just perfect! My non-vegan friends couldn't tell and loved it too.Was delivered the evening before due to the awful storm due which was so incredibly kind, just amazing customer service couldn't wish for anything better.
