Best gym ever!! Frankie is quite the best trainer you will ever find. I am 80 and am fitter than when I was in my 40s. Thank god I have her as my personal trainer. Get fit, lose weight, get nutritional advice, have the best massage - you can do it all here AND enjoy yourself! We are truly blessed with this gym. AND the equipment is amazing.

Top quality local run gym. Some great equipment, Mark is knowledgeable with great advice. People there are friendly too. A big range of protein and pre workout available. Always best to support your local business.

A great atmosphere in a ‘proper gym’ with great owners and equipment. Started going to bodyworks 7 years ago and used to travel 60 miles on a weekly basis to get there. Now I live closer I try and get to the gym as often as I can. Made some real good friends in the gym who have pushed me and supported me in my training. The owners are very serious about training and very serious about results. Highly recommend!

Body works in hands down one of the best gyms you will go to any shape or size you are welcome!!. The atmosphere is great and the people who go there are always willing to give a helping hand. Not once have I seen any judgement towards anyone just a great friendly place to be.There are people of all shapes, sizes, strengths and weaknesses all going to achieve one goal of bettering them selves and mark and the team help everyone to 100% of their ability.Mark PTs me and his knowledge of the body far surpasses anything any other PT have trained with knows. Keep it up guys!

Excellent gymFabulous range of equipmentI joined Bodyworks at the beginning of September following my 2nd total knee replacement and started PT sessions with Mark for rehabilitation and to improve my overall strength and mobility. I would recommend Mark’s Personal Training sessions, Mark totally understands his client base and works with them to achieve their goals and realise their potential

Proper family run gym with such a great atmosphere. If you want a decent place to train whether you just want to keep fit or be a competitive bodybuilder Bodyworks is perfect. Run by Shane and Frankie and you will never find two people who are more passionate, knowledgeable and helpful. Don’t hesitate to give it a go.

Great gym with good equipment.It needs to open at 6am not 7am for people who can only workout/train before work.Also 9am on Saturday????
