Great service today, went in to get the tracking aligned, the manager was very helpful.

Last minute MOT and repairs carried out by James. Excellent job, in a great time frame, top stuff.

Graham and the team did a 1st class job on my old Astra car brakes. They also did a full 10 point check and topped up oil and coolant levels. Thank you so much, highly appreciated and recommended, regards Robert R!

Service we reviewed here was awful. Really disappointed at they way they treat customers. Car booked in for 10am, arrived early as instructed. Didn’t open to let me in to leave keys, then let someone else in. Then instructed that the car would not be seen until 12:30, despite booking stating car would be back in 2 hours. Told car failed MOT, and needed work, fair enough. Sent email stating no work required and no MOT fail! They proceeded to do the service and charge for this, but then couldn’t do the work to repair anyway as finishing early. Booked late as available, read previous reviews, I’d advise doing the same. won’t make that mistake again.

I had a puncture whilst travelling past Kilmarnock and managed to drive the car to the garage. I had two young kids and did not know the area. The staff could not have been more helpful. They prioritized replacing the tyre, despite it being a busy Saturday morning. It was so greatly appreciated given the tricky situation I had with two kids under the age of 4 to juggle in an area I did not know. Staff were so helpful and wanted to say thank you to everyone that was working last Saturday morning!

Had my tyres changed here recently and the fitter had to chisel off one of my locknuts and threaded another. I explained that I would have preferred a phone call prior to him damaging my wheel and nuts, he said we don’t have time to call customers even though I was five minutes walk away from the garage. They refused to replace the nuts and the mechanic said it wasn’t his fault and that he wasn’t taking the blame. I had to purchase a new set of locknuts and new wheel nuts. Very poor service from a disinterested garage….. avoid!

Travelled 45minutes to have tyres fitted at this branch and won't be back. I took my jeep In to have 2 front tyres fitted. There was no lights on the dash and everything worked as it should when I dropped off my keys. When picking up my car the electric handbrake light fault light was on the dash and I couldn't get the car to release the handbrake. I went in and told the person at the desk that my car wouldn't move so he came out and tried for himself as if he didn't believe me. Little did the guy know I'm a mechanic so I knew what I was talking about much to his disappointment. He proceeded to try and release my handbrake by dragging the car forward with both rear wheels locked up and my child in the car seat. After the handbrake finally releasing, the guy told me that the handbrake motor was faulty!!!! There was no signs of this or any lights on the dash when I dropped the car off. On the photos taken by this garage the light can be seen on the dash clearly which wasn't there before!!!

Got two new tyres fitted last week. They were fair priced compared to other places.Couple of reasons why I feel I can’t give 5 starts.First being, I called first thing in the morning to see if I could take my car in earlier than book. Was told no due to staffing. Which is fair enough but when I did turn up for my booking they did only have 1 other car on the ramp.2nd reason, I was asked to leave my car for an hour, again this wouldn’t have been any issue if I had been warned well before this. I then had to walk to my mother in laws to then go and collect my partner and little one.3rd reason, when I got in my car all my car settings had been changed. For example, the auto locks had been turned on, the welcome sound had been turned on, driving settings had all been changed. The reason for this being all changed I have no idea as it has nothing to do with the tyres.Now I did hear when collecting the car that a customer popped in to get a price for two tyres and got told he had to wait 30 minutes (in a bit of a rude manner). Don’t blame them for just leaving.All round the service just fell short and it’s that reason it was my first and probably last getting my tyres fitted here.

Not impressed, no seats for customers in reception on the day I was there. Given back my car showing it didn't have enough pressure on the dashboard after buying and changing 2 tyres. Simple care and customer service should have ensured the newly installed tyres had enough pressure.
