Great people who are very effective in pain recovery solutions. I've had shoulder issues in the past & more recently a lower back issue and both were relieved substantially with the first treatment. Follow on 'homework' exercises & routines given rather repeat sessions, the guys always ensure you are using the correct technique(s)! Excellent!

Booked to see Gaz a week and a half after a shoulder dislocation. Until this point I couldn't move my arm without pain, however, after an assessment and a few simple exercises the pain surrounding the joint had disappeared and my range of movement felt almost normal again, which I didn't expect so soon.Very knowledgeable and patient, would highly recommend.

With severely restricted hip mobility, Paul uses his massage and dry needing skills to improve movement. This, along with monthly exercise routines, means that significant progress has been made.Along with his colleague, Gaz, Myokinetics provides a first class service, which I highly recommend.

After dealing with back and hip issues for months, I was well overdue some deep tissue work. I booked in with Luke who was professional, friendly and very knowledgable. The deep tissue work was fantastic, I left feeling completely refreshed and ready to get back to training. Highly recommend!!

Sports massage from Steph was one of the best that I've had. Got in to spots and areas that I didn't even know were tight or were causing me problems. Very detailed and thorough in a way that was understandable. Explained everything she was doing and why and also gave information on what to do going forward to try and relieve/prevent problems I had. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Booked in with Gary as I had neck and back pain. He certainly knows his stuff and assisted me to understand how I needed to correct my posture, which in turn relieved my pain. Thoroughly recommend Gary and Myokinetics.

I was really struggling to do my job with terrible pain in my lower back. Gary massaged me and almost sorted the problem entirely straight away.Gary also explained to me what was causing my pain and how I could prevent it from happening again by doing some simple stretches at home, which he kindly took the time to show me how to do.Im very thankful and surprised that he actually did that as I've been to other therapists which seemed to only be interested in repeat business, but I really get the feeling that that is not the case here and the knowledge of the staff is better than anything I have ever experienced before, they really do seem to know their stuff.It's been over 3 months now and still no back pain. I have recommended this company to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so as I'm so thankful for what they have done for me.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gaz and Paul are simply the best at what they do. They take the time to listen and understand yours goals and in return share their knowledge and expertise to achieve them. I love their honest, straightforward approach. You are always made to feel welcome by everyone at Myokinetics, and its a pleasure to come training at what I call my 'sanctuary'.

Had my first appointment with Paul, and worth every penny, i felt so good after, a little sore the next day but that's good work done, and i definitely feel an improvement.will definitely be making a few more bookings with these guys. Great knowledge, great service. Thanks paul

Booked with Gaz to sort out rear shoulder pain whilst training. Gaz transformed my training. He watched me train, changed movements and I can now train pain free properly! Gaz went above and beyond with sending me even exercises to to do. Highly recommend!
