I would like share the best travel agent there isI have been using their services for nearly twenty years.Here is the reasons why, in February 2022, I booked a flight to Nigeria from them with virgin Atlantic, getting to Airport, with all the different countries Covid-9 requirements, it is a daunting task, especially to some people who are not conversant downloading documents on their phones like me. I missed my flight due this issue. I called Travoliday from the Airport and informed them what happened to me. The staffs were amazing, not only did they rebook another flight for me. They invited me to their office at forest Gate and sort out all my travel documents. Best customer service any one could wish for.Shaz, thank you so much brother for everything, really appreciate.
