Representative was out within a few days, was very courteous and helpful. No sales pressure, left us with some quotes over the weekend.Blinds were delivered and fitted within 4 days of ordering (ordered september weekend, office was open!)Minor problem with the length of one of the blinds was put right the very next day!Price was spot on and the service phenomenal. Family owned business with a focus on delivering to full satisfaction before asking for money; there are not many businesses like this around anymore!

I have purchased six 35mm slat Faux Wood blinds from Scott Blinds since February and I'm delighted with the quality of these blinds. They were reasonably priced and the fitter(John) was pleasant and professional and the girls in the office could not have been more courteous or helpful. (Thanks for digging through my purchase history Theresa).Any blinds I require in the future will most definitely be purchased from Scott Blinds and I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Scot Blinds via email after tripping and destroying a large part of my perfect fit patio door blinds to see if they could be repaired.Eileen emailed me back speedily to tell me they possibly could. I took both blinds for cleaning and repair and not only did I get them cleaned and repaired for a very reasonable price, I got them back 3 days earlier than the initial estimate. My blinds now look so fresh you would think them to be brand new. Thank you Eileen & the team, I'm a very satisfied customer indeedScottie
