I was referred to the physio through my doctor for consistent back pain from spinal stenosis and two operations. I need 2 knee replacements as well and have heart failure. When I spoke to physio he said what do you expect from this ?. Well some help . He said you can’t have any more operations as you are to obese . I will refer you to healthy living or something like that . I ended the call and cried and I thought I am trying my best but he totally made me feel like I was a joke and if only I lost weight I would be fine . Yes I know I need to lose weight ( I am not blind) but I was treated as my weight on the scales and not for spinal stenosis and when it began no I wasn’t ten sacks of potatoes. No empathy no understand nothing and he made me feel like nothing as well . I still don’t feel right now and cut down my eating to slim fast and soup as I felt so ashamed.

Very rude and very poor service. My wife is suffering from a lot of pain and we have been waiting for an appointment for very long. There was no parking and my wife was 5 min late, the person who attended her was very rude who kept waisting time to find her appointment details and then said, yes, you have an appointment at 11,but now you are 10 min late, I don't have a space for you. She finally gave her an appointment in two weeks, that is not fair. If something wrong happens to my wife, this will be their responsibility.

Do a self referral they say... so I recieve a pamphlet of information with exercises to try. The whole point in me self refering is because I'm training and play sport. Ive rested, ive attempted different strenghthening, mobility exercises and im constantly having issues with me knee. That arent getting better. This makes no sense. You haven't called me, spoken to me or assessed me. Oh and you'll be discharged in 12 weeks. What!!!!this service has already baffled me. The NHS isn't working and this is clearly an extremely unprofessional service. These services are meant to help with preventitive treatment. Not me coming back to you in a years time when I've torn something in my knee. Potentially. Requiring more time, more money and a much longer treatment/recovery time. What a joke.

I have been poorly for two weeks and have tried several times to advise I can’t attend sessions. Nothing works!!! Phone always engaged, message service doesn’t work and there is no email facility. This organisation needs to get its act together!!!

Waited 13 months for an appointmet. No information re potential parking problems was provided on either the phone call when the appt was booked or subsequent text confirmation. Having arrived at City Care Centre in good time I had to queue for the car park (one in/one out). This made me late for the appointment.Whilst queueing for the car park I tried to call to let them know I was there... this took several minutes and two attempts to get through to a human. The lady said she'd message the physiotherapist to see if they'd still see me. By which time I'd found a parking space so said I'd go in. When I eventually found the correct reception area (not well signposted), the receptionist simply said 'you've been marked as not attending'. I explained the parking situation. The receptionist made no attempt to communicate my arrival with the physiotherapist, despite at least 30 mins of the 45 min appt time still available! Apparently it was his lunchtime after my appointment so he'd probably gone for lunch already after marking me as 'did not attend'.Utter waste of everyone's time and money because it's 'their policy' that if you're 10 mins late they don't have to see you.Perhaps they should, at the very least, ask patients to ensure they leave plenty of time to park.If the queue to get into the car park today is anything to go by, then most patients will be late and no one will be seen.Extremely poor service

I Waited over 6 months for a face to face consultation AFTER Covid Back log For mechanical neck injury !!.When I mentioned lower back pains which Occurred the same time I was told it was separate for what I was referred for and would have to go back to my Gp only to be referred back to them ( Absolutely Ridiculous ) ..I’m sure Their protocol is to make you wait for so long that it heals itself !!To give you an idea how long the Process wasIn between waiting for Dynamic health I’ve been diagnosed with skin cancer and Had countless appointments in Cambridge, been treated by Addenbrookes and been given the all clear for now ..WITH dynamic health I’ve just had broken promises and I’ve waited that long in pain without proper sleep that I’ve just been put on painkillers and sleeping tablets by my Gp ..

Don’t expect to be seen if you say your case is non-urgent. Joined waiting list back in March and was told there would be a 8 week wait to be seen. Heard nothing after this time had passed so rang them. The woman I spoke then said it would be a 15 week wait. She kept saying there were people more in need than I was, which I understand, but surely that will always be the case so I presume I will never get an appointment then. Surely someone must be doing the non-urgent cases? You are also supposed to get monthly text messages to tell you where you are on the waiting list, of which I’ve received none. I really don’t think this service is fit for purpose.

Awful!! Between this place and my completely incompetent doctor I can't get any advise or feedback on my problem. They send you a random text message asking you to call and book an appointment but whenever you do the phone just sits on hold music for 30 mins then goes dead! Of course, I think we all know the NHS is deliberately incompetent to encourage users to go elsewhere.

Cant even get to see them, should have gone today but they got flooded out not their fault I know but I have been waiting for 9 mths in very bad pain and now to be told my pain is not urgent. Also the lady who makes the appointments is extremely rude and just not listening. I now think I am going to have pay for osteopath treatment to at least get some care from someone. Sent 2 exercises by email and that's it from Dynamic Health. I am very disappointed by the lack of care and compassion. Surely this can not be the NHS that I pay into every month and I feel as if I should feel grateful for the phone call.....I don't. All I wanted was treatment. Now I am having to pay for an Osteopath was is amazing ,and has, in 2 appointments explained to me exactly what's go wrong with my knee and back. I now fear for any further care and treatment that I may need for any other problems that arise in the future. I have never for the 3 or so times that I have used the NHS been unhappy with the treatment I have received but now I think it's a whole new ball game and NOTHING to do with Covid 19. I am 63 yrs old and feel that this has been decided due to my age.

Currently it is closed or shifted due flooding water. Temporarily it is moved to city care center Thorpe road pe3 6db. You can self refer for physiotherapy but it takes too much time for appointment and it makes more frustrating. They refer to a discounted vivacity lifestyle membership in some scenario.
