Had 6 windows and a front door from here in approximately 2014 with a 10 year warranty"Had a gap develop hinge side on 1 window around 3 years in. Called them up only to be told the company had changed hands so they had no record of us. Provided proof of purchase with a bank statement to then be told the hinge was faulty and those were only guaranteed for 2 years not 10 like the rest of the window.I'd recommend checking the details of any warranty they provide based on our experience with this company."

Would highly recommend, from start to finish the work and customer service was excellent.
