Excellent facilities and wonderful customer service from Nijole - so friendly and made the whole process easy and stress free. Would highly recommend and will be using Cinch anytime I need storage!

Exceptional service and facilities!After speaking with Nijole on a few occasions, her professional, patient and friendly approach convinced me to pop down and view some different sized rooms.When I arrived, I was greeted by Kayleigh who showed me various sized rooms and explained everything thoroughly, answering any questions I had.Some storage places can seem corporate and robotic but Kayleigh offered an approach that I can only describe and top notch customer service. She was friendly, professional and genuine, where any previous doubts I had about storage are no longer there.Both are incredible assets to Cinch Self Storage and I look forward to moving into my room.Thank you!!

This is definitely our saving grace we go through the stages of emptying our house in preparation for building works.The facility is very secure and very accessible. The staff very friendly and knowledgeable too.

Great experience. Gosia and the team were so friendly and helpful and put us at ease. We were nervous about getting all my stuff up to the unit, but Cinch has airport-style trolleys which made the whole thing very easy! Unit is very secure, clean and dry and the 25 sq ft was plenty of space for my things (mostly books, board games, and clothes)

Amazing customer service, Gosia is very knowlegable and has ‚happy to help’ attitute. She helped me with everything and answered all my questions even gave me a training how to use the trolleys :) The store is clean and spacious and very user friendly. I will be using it again if I have to.
