Very helpful staff members! When you listen to them, specially the one who served us, Raj, we felt that he had the practical knowledge of what he was talking about! He also recommended the best tile cutter appropriate for our work. (They were not selling those cutters. We went somewhere else to get it). Their business didn't finish after our payment! Raj helped us to load our car too! He deserves a good bonus!

Omar was very professional and helpful. Gave me good advise and helped me chose some lovely tiles for my bathroom and kitchen. I had no knowledge of different types of tiles and what was needed, he was very informative and spent time with me. I would highly recommend contacting Omar for your future purchase you wont be disappointed.

I would definitely recommend going to this store for A** customer service!! Umair and Willem were impeccable when we went to visit the store. They both made us feel at ease. They really tried hard to find a tile in store that closely matched a tile (bought elsewhere) and not sell us any random. We laid 'our' tile on the shopfloor whilst they hunt high and low for a match. Offered to call manufacturers on our behalf. Honestly, can not fault them!!! The BEST tiling shop around that small retail park!! 100% recommend.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, helped us to pick the right tiles, to calculate how many we would need and ensuring we had enough grout, cement and any finishing touches. We couldnt find the tiles cheaper from anywhere else, great value for money. Much appreciated.

I have used Home Tiles for years, always well stocked when i visit. I dropped into Chingford Branch, i usually use New Southgate branch for one reason they have a guy there called Omar. He is a Legend and gets it done in a simple fast polite manner always with a smile. I guess I will be using Chingford Branch from now on. A pleasant Surprise Seeing Omar at Chingford!

Very happy with the service received from all the guys at the Chingford branch. Attended various tile shops that day and was resigned to going home without any success .One of the staff called Tom helped select what I wanted without being pushy . Upon my return a week or two later to pay, I was offered a reasonable deal together with complementary borders to go with my bathroom tiles . Kem the cheeky but friendly manager and Omar deserve a shout out too. All in all professional, approachable and very customer focused. Made a potentially stressful experience very painless.
