Friendly, knowledgeable & after advise for our needs we were delivered washing machine within couple days.Delivery staff polite & went through important unpacking instructions. My husband was able to fit himself but a full fitting & removal of rubbish was offered at time of sale. Highly recommend Kensington Appliances.

This company is just great. Ordered new washing machine on Thursday, they called me on Friday morning to arrange delivery. The day before it was due, they called to see if I would like it early. Arrived, did everything, nice guys, happy girl! This has been the pattern whenever I have used them. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the service we received. The first microwave we ordered did not fit in our kitchen. This was quickly identified by the fitters and a replacement researched by the store and obtained and fitted by their friendly and extremely competent drivers/fitters.

I bought a Neff dishwasher. This company fitted in a delivery the same week and the delivery guys were friendly and efficient. They went through the controls for usage before they left taking my old dishwasher away. Much better to go with local companies. Very happy with my new dishwasher! Thanks Kensington.

I can't recommend Kensington highly enough. We visited them and found exactly what we wanted for a great price (cheaper than I found online), and we had delivery within a few days. The team delivering our fridge freezer were great and really careful on our newly laid floor. All plumbed in and shown how to use. An absolute pleasure to deal with you all - thanks so much!! Definitely recommend this store for your appliances. I'd checked out the website before visiting and there was no 'hard' selling to make me buy more expensive products just a sales person listening and providing the products I wanted. The delivery/installation was smoothly done, no fuss and a couple of lovely gentlemen. As I said to them I had no idea a washing machine installation could be so much fun"!!"

Good Company. Very helpful about cooker and delivery. Delivery on time and efficient. Shame hob not working properly. But Co arranged engineer, who came promptly. Now awaiting new hob. Hope all sorted then!
