If I could give zero stars I would. They didn’t do the job asked of them despite being paid up front, then when we explained we weren’t happy with the job done they ignored calls and then became threatening. Also like other reviewer has mentioned they claim to have called but don’t and also arrived late to the job.

EXCELLENT from time of initial call for the quote to completion of the job. Very professional and extremely detailed in completion of the job so to not ruin the outdoor wall. Due to a job over running they came on a Sunday so not to let me down. Very happy and will highly recommend them and use again in the future. Thank you.

I rang up in the afternoon as the wind nearly took the window off its hinges. It was dangling over a road which isn't a pretty sight. It needed to be sorted asap and I was worried my flat was going to be freezing and wet over Christmas. To my surprise, Paul came straight over after he finished his last job and sorted out the problem effectively. He even recommended some energy efficient glass for the future as we lose a lot of heat through the old glazed windows. Very professional and highly recommendable. Cheers

Soon as he was paid he didn’t want to know! Promised lots of things but did not deliver, we had a problem with noisy windows so he said he could re trim and seal them all, sending out 2 clowns that did half a job and left after about an hour. I’ve now also noticed they’ve made a right mess with the filler which has stained curtains and carpets!Paul told us we needed new hinges, baring in mind the windows were already fairly new, so we stupidly trusted him and accepted. He charged us an extra £500 for this and they have made no difference what so over. So charging over £1000 for jobs we could of in effect done ourselves!He said he’d supply a certificate that we paid extra for, he still has not done that and kept telling us ‘it’s on the way’ he is swerving all calls and doesn’t want to know.AVOID THIS COWBOY!

Paul and his team are so professional and friendly. Paul fitted us in at short notice and was very thorough with his initial consultation and what was required. He was very knowledgeable and talked us through our options. Simon who fixed our windows was incredibly professional and ensured we understood the work that was being carried out and that we were happy. Paul came round to change the lead door on my French doors. Very happy with the end result and both doors working better than before. He took time and care to make sure the job was done right first time. Thank you and I'll definitely be using his services again in the future.

Paul is such a lovely person. We had a problem with the mechanism of our patio door. Even though Paul has never seen anything like that in 20 years he managed to took it apart, find the right part to replace and managed to get it to work again. A rare find these days.
