Vile company managed by a liar. Leaving patients In horrendous living conditions. I would advise anyone they care about not put them in hands of care service 24, they have no idea what they are doing and unfortunately managed by a heartless, incompetent liar. I urge anyone to read this and not leave loved ones in the hands of this awful company.

Very compassionate, caring and professional approach from the staff.People are seen as people, rather than a number/problem as seems to be the case with the NHS and Social Services at the moment. I would recommend this company for a person-centred caring service.

I have worked here for nearly 6 months.The company is a stable company, with cautious ambition and expansion.There is a supportive and calm working environment with an open door policy in the office and all managers being approachable and friendly.There is a strong ethos on staff development and promotion with training both internal and accredited external trainings encouraged and supported.I love working here and look forward to furthering my career within the company. Edit: I left the company after nearly two years and would like to say I still hold it in high regard. This company is a good care company with good ethics.

Been working for company for 4 months. I have been made to feel welcome and supported, it is a very open office. On going structured training and weekly catch ups with manager really help me to fit into my role. Would recommend this employer to anyone wanting to work within the health and social care industry. I would say you have to put in your best effort and be dedicated to what you're doing but this is the case with all care jobs.

I worked for CareService24 as an Agency Care Assistant from November 2019 to November 2020. They were straight-forward and simple to deal with and were able to provide shifts when needed. The on-call support service was always prompt with responses and often extended their support beyond what is required. From my own personal experience, the staff at Careservice24 always went above and beyond to make sure their agency staff were well looked after, both in and out of work. The only reason I had to leave was because I was moving house, but given the choice, I would have definitely stayed for the long-term!

I was working at Care Service 24 this year before moving away to start uni as a mature student. I had a wonderful experience working there from start to finish. I received comprehensive training from the team there and had a really fulfilling experience working in a variety of nursing and care homes taking care of some lovely clients with varying care needs. My Manager had a great management style and made me feel like part of a team and listened to. There was great communication between the care staff and the office. If your reading this as a prospective employee then I can wholeheartedly recommend you apply. Training programme provided for my first 3 months even though I’ve been in this job role before, new staff very supported throughout the journey into a new roleWould and will recommend to all friends and family as a good employer

Care service 24 have been supplying us with Health Care Assistants for a number of years and provide a first class, excellent service. They have always been very focused on providing us with professional carers who are tailored to our service. Kelly in particular is extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.During the current pandemic Kelly has worked very hard to supply us with the same carers who only work at our establishment, which gives us continuity and peace of mind.I have no hesitation in recommending Care Service 24 to any organisation who are looking for compassionate, caring staff to look after their clients.

Not a great company to work for. Rotas are changed without any notice meaning service users do not get adequate care. Office staff and managers are rude. They will withold pay for 'training' if you leave the company before 3 months. 'Training' being you will sit at your own computer in your own time watching videos. Avoid

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. There are loads of better care companies in the area to work for who will actually respect you. After doing a week shadowing I asked for more shadowing shifts being completely new to care and struggling as I was thrown into the deep end and left in situations where I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. Staff made comments that I ‘shouldn’t take the mick’ when asking for extra help and shadowing. Also, after a particular incident occurred where I was made extremely uncomfortable- as anybody would- I had to leave the company. This unfortunately led to me getting paid £20 for some ridiculous amount of full time hours I had done and not even covering my petrol- which they make these ‘promises’ to you. I also asked if the shadowing was paid which they replied to with yes- but again broken a promise. Even there lovely clients I spent time with was disappointed in the company so I think most the reviews on here are probably them writing it themselves. This company is absolutely horrific and provide no support to staff- and don’t even respect there staff enough to take there full earned wages from them, and not even cover there petrol that they made them travel 1 hour away each shift. What a horrible company to work for- it’s no surprise why the staff turnover is something ridiculous. Whenever reached out to the company about what I had experienced with them, I would be passed on to all sorts of people who would take ages to reply- extreme lack of communication.
