Loates HR have been brilliant to work with, and have made the review of our HR policies and procedures nice and smooth. Matilda really knows her stuff (as I'm sure all of the team do - we've just dealt with Matilda a bit more) and has a way of breaking it all down in to manageable chunks.Very friendly, and easy to approach, even with the elements of HR that are less nice.I have, and will continue to, recommend Loates HR :)

My husband was having some issues with his previous employer relating to the funding of his apprenticeship. Sarah's knowledge of employment law, apprenticeships and employment contracts meant we had all the information we needed to put the matter to bed quickly and amicably. We can't thank Sarah enough for her expertise and her professionalism, she really went above and beyond to help us. Recently new to Loates HR, we have found the service to be efficient, friendly and most importantly to us their flexibility has been paramount, adapting quickly to our needs for a different service to their usual offering.
