Hotel Chocolat
Terrible staff member working today, completely ignored me and served another customer who was behind me in the queue.I only wanted to check the balance on a gift card and was made to feel like a criminal when she told me the card was invalid. As if I'd stolen it or something?A horrible experience that put a black mark on my holiday, she was the nastiest person I met in Sheffield.

The customer service here is one of the best your ever gonna get staff seem to enjoy what they do easy to talk to and have always got a smile on there faces. The chocolate they sell is also just some of the best you will probably ever taste all around a great shop and I always come back. Your great keep it up!

Always get the best chocolate from here. The free samples are great to allow you to try new stuff and the selection is huge. Only reason for a 4* is the price, make sure you remortgage before going in.

I was served by the most wonderful woman today! I didn’t catch her name but she was a middle aged blonde woman and super super lovely! She even let me pick a free chocolate out for myself :)) The staff are always friendly here and super helpful. Thank you for helping me pick some choccies for my dad!

Love it, the staff are amazing, location is great! Wish they could serve drinks or even one type of drink from the menu as I’m sure it’ll be incredibly popular. Always a great experience in here and of course the chocolate is absolutely worth it!

Very good chocolate for gifts, many unique selections and varieties, flavours. Also, liquors. Beautifully presented. Options to taste the odd chocolate before purchasing. Quite upmarket produce. Staff friendly.

Great friendly service again, staff happy to chat and talk about chocolate. Very nice selection in for Easter. Good quality chocolate to get children without masses of added sugar.
